Terms of use

Last updated: October 28, 2026

xt.om is xTom’s dedicated URL shortener. The xTom Terms of Service apply alongside the short-link rules on this page. If they conflict, the xTom terms take precedence, subject to applicable law.

S.EE provides the backend for link creation and redirects. Questions, complaints and link removal requests should be sent to xTom.

By using xt.om, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

xt.om provides free URL shortening for a defined list of supported domains. No account is required. We may change, limit or discontinue the service, or change the supported domains, in accordance with the applicable terms and law.

2. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the URLs you submit and share. Do not use xt.om to link to malware, phishing, spam, illegal content or material that infringes the rights of others. Automated bulk link creation and attempts to bypass rate limits are prohibited.

We may refuse to create or disable a link if we believe it violates these rules, subject to the applicable terms and law.

3. Short links

Short links are public: anyone with a link can open it. They are intended for long-term use, but continued availability is not guaranteed.

Links created on xt.om are stored on the S.EE platform. You cannot edit or delete them yourself. To request that a link be disabled, contact us.

The history on the home page is saved only in your browser. Removing a history entry does not disable the link.

4. No warranty

xt.om is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that a short link will always reach its destination.

Creating a short link does not mean that xTom or S.EE has reviewed, approved or endorsed the submitted URL or its content. Users are responsible for the links they create and share. Open links and use their content at your own risk, subject to your statutory rights.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law and the xTom Terms of Service, xTom disclaims liability for user-submitted links, their destination content and losses arising from their use. The liability provisions in those terms apply. Nothing on this page excludes liability or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

6. Trademarks

xt.om is an official xTom service. The xTom name and branding are used for this service with authorization.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above indicates when they were last updated. By continuing to use xt.om after a change, you accept the updated terms.

8. Contact

For questions about these terms or to report a link, contact xTom.
